MMR/Multi update not applied to disconnected peers #335

Describe the bug When disconnecting at round end, MMR and Multiplier will not update for the user that is disconnected

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: At round end, leave the server and rejoin next round.

Expected behavior MMR and Multiplier should update regardless of connection state
