eclipse:eclipse goal has broken dependencies #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run 'mvn eclipse:eclipse'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
fails with errors:

ah for christ's sake. nevermind this, there were subfolders in my local repo 
being created using the root user. no idea how the f that happened.

please discard this issue.
