Fix various build issues #13

Hi! Thanks a lot for uploading the full sources of QDict. I'm trying to add QDict to F-Droid, the repository of Android open source software.

I fixed a couple of minor issues that prevented build on my computer. I hope this should be enough to add QDict to F-Droid. :)
