application crash when switching files #296

Very frequently when I have a .heeks file open and hit either the 'new' button 
or navigate to open a different file, the application will crash altogether.

The error shown in the terminal is:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'StdFail_NotDone'
Aborted

I can't reproduce it consistently, even with the same files but it happens 
frequently, perhaps 1/3 of the time.

Factors that make it more likely are 
-more complex files with operations and nc code
-I seem to need to have done something with the file open.  Just opening it and 
switching doesn't trigger the problem.
