This relates to review the other planning apps and study the features that they are providing to compare with TimePlates. The update of specification sheet includes specifying the deatils of the features and functions supported by the app currently and the prospective future works.

1.Functions & Operation Procedures

(1) Browse

<1> A table with 5 categories to show travel activities everyday <2> 5 Categories: - Transportation (including Car/bike rentals/Flights) - Travel Sights - Meals/Restaurants - Hotel/Lodging - (Fuel Stops) <3> Show hierarchies of folders and files (2) Edit - Users enter the start day & the end day of the trip, and choose the type of the trip (to create a trip model) - After logging in Dropbox or Google Drive, folders for each day with activity categories will be generated in the drive - Providing a table to show “Each Day” in the first row, and “Activity Category” in the first column - Users can add a subfolder under a specific activity folder for each day (for each table cell, only one subfolder can be created) - Right-click the cell, users can enter Dropbox or Google Drive to manipulate the folders and their contents (3) Share - Share folders/sheets directly in Dropbox or Google Drive 2.Tasks to Do - P1: Right click on cell functionality: Meng - P1: Creation of the TimePlate (template) for trips: Jyothi - P1: Dialog Box Changes: Meng - P1: Hierarchical Folder Structure Creation in the store: Namrata - P2: Support for LookMarks: Jyothi - P2: Making Table cells editable: Namrata - Review of other travel planning applications and update of Specifications in document: Yun
