P1: Dialog Box Changes #3

This relates to updating the simple dialog box that the user has to fill before planning the trip. All the responses are optional. The fields could include Name of Trip, Dates or Number of Days and the Type of trip to be planned like Road Trip, Business Trip, etc.

Need text under each option for a different kind of trip and also need better images for these trips. and then of course they can only select the "Road Trip" option. But for this option, the dialog box should include choices for the type of activity to plan (in a typical day). I suggest you stick with the original options or at least preserve the options for "Lodging" and "Dining" (or "Dinner").
