P1: Creation of the TimePlate (template) for trips #4

The include creation of the template that would be used for different types of trips. Currently this is to be done for Road Trips only. The template will include default number of days( to be used in case user doesn't enter in dialog box), Things to be planned like Lodging, Fuel Stops, Sights, Car rental, etc.

See if you can come up with a better name than "TimePlates". "Trip Table"?
