sass assets for CakePHP does not support plugins #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use CakePHP's debug_kit plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CSS of the plugin is loaded. The sass.php dies with 'Wrong file name.'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
phamlp 3.2 for CakePHP with CakePHP 1.3 and debug_kit.

Please provide any additional information below.
provided patch add the support of CakePHP plugins.
