Qt apps show large checkboxes #106

I think this was mentioned earlier but there are still issues with large checkboxes in Qt apps (not a problem with the default Adwaita theme). Thx for tips!

Flat-Plat version:
GTK+ 3 version: 3.20.9
Distribution: Ubuntu 16.10
Desktop environment: Gnome
Related application: RStudio, QGIS
