First of all thank you for the theme. I have been using it (in Xfce) since a long time primarily because of its optimum use of animations and low resource usage.
Recently I switched to budgie-desktop and noticed that the light variant of the theme does not result in a light coloured panel (shown in the screenshot below).
As far as I remember, this was not the behaviour in Xfce.
Therefore I would like to know that whether this behaviour is by design and if not, may I request you to incorporate this change? If, on the contrary, this is the way you designed it to be and do not wish to make this change, could you please let me know which file I need to manually modify so that I can achieve the said effect?
