I guess the amount of computational power needed will be mostly dependent on the work which is to be done. well, there are many service providers like AWS, AZURE, and GOOGLE. If u prefer AWS u need to create an account on the website (https://aws.amazon.com/ ) use the link to create an account then u can choose the particular ec2 instances according to your needs and the steps for the procedure will be given in the website once u create an account. The purchase of the computational power can be done in the website itself and its very simple. hope I answered ur question if not pls do revert me back.
