Hebrew translation #22

Full translation to Hebrew, will you consider using a localization platform such as Weblate?

Thanks! I'll do that soon. I'm also going to look for a translation platform, you're right, that could be handy.

I've created a Weblate project as advised: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/our-shopping-list/ I'm a bit busy at the moment so I'm going to validate this MR but the next release that includes it might a bit delayed.
