Full translation to Dutch. My first ever pull request! (so best to do a double check.. :-))

Seems okay to me! Following the advice on another issue, I've created a Weblate project to simplify contributions with locales: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/our-shopping-list/ I'm a bit busy at the moment so I'm going to validate this MR but the next release that includes it might a bit delayed.
