Micro Sd card read/write access via pc over usb? #81

As these boards (I utilize the primer 25k) are small and fragile I get concerned about constantly handling when I want to add/remove/mod roms. Is it possible to access the SD card on a pc via either of the usb connections or similarly use a usb A wifi dongle for access over LAN?

Related note, I can confirm that micro sd card extenders do work with this without issues.
