add example for machdyne schoko board

I added an example for the Schoko^1 board and tested with both the onboard USB host port and a USB host PMOD^2, it works great!

I also added support for Riegel^1 which is an ICE40 board, tested with keyboard/mouse/gamepad using the USB host PMOD.
