Feat/prefer builtin #105

Adds a toggle to the HDL header to use the builtin version of the chip, to explore the expected input and output of the chips. Also has a number of convenience features for this change. See #79

The Builtin button + behavior is a sensible solution to a non-trivial issue (UX wise). Let's keep it as-is until we consider having a file system.
