Add room information when a user joins/leaves #108

What kind of testing have you done with this? Have you made the change and let it run for a while in a room to see if anything is broken by it?

Doesn't seem like a big change, just wanted to be sure.

I've tested it on my bot on freenode and it's been fine. There's already a room property on the user, it just comes through as null at the moment
