Replying directly on instead of blacklisted rooms #138

Introduces new environment variable HUBOT_IRC_BLACKLIST_ROOMS

HUBOT_IRC_BLACKLIST_ROOMS

This is a comma separated list of the IRC channels you restrict your hubot to message to. They must include the #. Instead or replying in blacklisted channel hubot will message directly to user.

What is the use-case here?

I agree with @parkr in that I don't quite see a use case. And judging by the fact that @vovko has not replied and this PR is 3 years old, I'm going to close this.

Will reopen if anybody wants to restart this discussion.
