[Bug] HTTP Server crashes and is unable to recover without recreating container.

Describe the bug Something causes the web server part of the application to crash, especially if it's been sitting in a browser tab for a while.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start up container.
2. Go to the website.
3. Start a task, especially if it will take a while.
4. Switch to a new tab and browse reddit or something for 5-15 minutes.
5. Come back and refresh the page
6. Internal Server Error

Actual behavior Internal Server Error

Expected behavior Status Code 200 and the web page to laod.

This shouldn't usually happen but could be an issue with background scheduler. App uses background scheduler (APScheduler) to run background tasks. I will take a look at it
