Before: user can view issues in list from project, in witch he don't see it by role

Fix for this

Thank you for this pull request. It's a good idea to take in account this parameter.

However, this fix is not compatible with PostgreSQL databases. And it misses some tests.

We will improve the code before merging it.

Hello I tried to reproduce the issue, with no success for now. Could you please explain with more details what is the original problem?
