Integrate magic-board

• Launch battle on magic-board within ladder
• Update ladder after magic-board battle

I already have a player id system within the magic-board (MB), it's per device basis, we need to map the device id to a specific user in ladder

For starting a battle, I can implement a /new route and trigger the creation of a new game.

All above is simple until we want to implement groups. Thinking about we can organized the UI to be less confusing and efficient.
