Import epub feature does not work #71

Open the app Try to import epub It doesn't work, the file manager doesnt open up so I cant select the epub I want to import.

That's all, no issue screens what so ever

@d4f5409d same issue as #82 , added a dialog so the user can go to the app system settings.

To solve your problem, go to the app system settings and allow access to files
