1) Install only JAMD
2) Go into creative world and place portal (Same thing happens with naturally created blocks as well in survival)
3) Change gamemode into survival
4) Right-click into the portal.
5) Step off portal and right click it
Portals begin to spawn on top of each other endlessly, every time you enter and exit the mining dimension.
Description of the issue you are having
When entering and then leaving the mining dimension (all three), portal will begin to stack on top of each other endlessly as you enter and leave the dimensions. This was not the case in 3.3.3.
