What's this PR do?

Solves #51

Add an example exposing an AWS Lambda Function that sends an SMS using Twilio when it receives a POST request.

@julianpalmerio we need to link this example in two places:

here to let the repo to regenerate the readme
- can be done in this same PR
here to let create-awesome-node-app to use this examples as template. You will need to create another PR there
you can also create a PR at serverless examples
