As a new user I would like to be able to load SEM image data without providing my own files so that I can more easily interact with the tool and try various features.
As a developer or regular user I want example images so that I can test new features on a known image.
[ ] Upload images to examples dir in repo
[ ] Link to session directory when tools launches
Rationale
This will enable new users to interact with the tool without the need to upload their own data.
Could also provide a set of reference images that can serve as known benchmarks for analysis
Test Criterion
Example images load correctly into tool.
Additional Notes:
Currently there is a /data directory in the installed tool on nanohub (contents shown below). This directory in not visible in the running tool, but can be linked.
Including images from literature would be nice but need to consider:
Proper attribution procedures
Whether the quality /resolution is sufficient for proper analysis.
