Allow for selecting regions for alignment #56

Allow users to select regions to perform sobel filtering. This can allow users to determine localized alignment of graphene domains when growing on polycrystalline substrate.

Future idea: build an algorithm to auto segment the image based on alignment of the segmented regions.
