Manually running backup after enabling UpdraftPlus

Implementing backup with AWS EFS-to-EFS https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/efs-to-efs-backup/deployment.html

Backup is set to run tonight (2am), I'll proceed with other changes after this.

Attempt to copy site with scp.. copy in progress, reasonable speed. complete.
