No sound / No call possible #3

I specify that I am in France, if that can help, having sought I did not find a solution. I receive SMS and my 4g works, but calls don't go through. As for audio, whether it's NewPipe or Qobuz, I have no audio (the video launches without sound), and the same goes for the alarm clock or other multimedia content. Same with vanilla rom.

I just updated my firmware to the latest version, and sound and calls came back. No bugs so far with the ROM. Thanks.
