Fake chat icon disappears randomly

The chat icon created through :createFakeChat apparently disappears randomly (maybe 1/10 sessions) and for all games with HD Admin V2

There doesn't appear to be any definitive way to reproduce this issue. If anyone finds one please do let me know!
