Upgrade Ghost to 1.0 #2

This pull request updates Ghost to 1.0.0. It seems to be working well, I have tested running locally and also deploying to a production environment.

Let me know if you have any comments, especially if there is something I could have done to take better advantage of nanobox.

This also fixes #1

It looks like Ghost has released some updates since I last touched this. I'll update those now real quick so we can include them in the pull request.
