As a side note some "feature suggestion": Maybe a verbose flag would be useful for bigger deployments. The "Uploading local files" step can take a long of time. It'd be useful to see the current progress. Locally, I just added a "puts file_path" in the upload-loop, which works well enough for me, but a flag would probably be a better solution for upstream. I can look into it when having a little bit free time.
