Would like exclude list for html checker #35

The internal_links and external_links checkers have exclude lists. It would be nice to have one for the html checker as well, to take care of things like google<whatever>.html site verification files.

I should say that I plan to work round this in a general way by copying in extra files (that aren't built using Nanoc) during deployment, so there's no immediate requirement for this. I think it would make sense for each checker to be able to exclude selected output files from operation, though.
