This is NOT a bug I am sure. in the Notification Email input I can only put ONE email. This is not good if you have two or more agents. I would like to be able to make sure that at least two agents get notified of any new ticket

@TotusUnus I think the whole thing was a little bit misunderstood. First of all, there's no such thing like multiple agents in a ticket as of NanoSupport v0.6.0. There's a Feature Request (#35), and you can subscribe the issue, if you want to be informed of any update.

The "Notification Email" field is for site administrator only. Any user assigned as an agent to any ticket would be notified using their user account email if the following setting is checked: ✅ Yes, notify the assigned agent when their ticket is replied.

I hope it resolved your confusion.

A BIG Thankyou for getting back to me. This is RARE for anything to do with WordPress. So WELL DONE for actually caring. Being able to have the notification email sent to more than one access would be EXTREMELY helpful for anyone (like us) who has agents in different time zones. I am in New Zealand and I have an Agent in Spain. When I am asleep he is awake and vice versa. As it is now he can see any ticket until I first get notification and then add him to the ticket.

Thank you for loving NanoSupport. The feature might not come too quick. But we will surely gonna consider the feature of multiple agents soon. Thank you. We will provide update on the other issue for the future development.
