I need a total ticket report. #107

Hey, Is there any way to download total ticket details?? i need a ticket open and close time.

Sorry, no such reporting is available right now. As a ticket can be opened and closed multiple times, it would be tricky to have the ticket open date. But for now, you can have the ticket creation date and the last modified date (might be the 'close' date):

Okay, But if i want to export that time for all ticket in one file is it possible??

because i can't take report one by one.
