Character limit to 30 chars should be made flexible/optional #11

User mr9v9 reviewed the plugin with :star::star: with:

MSG must be at least 30 characters or longer[!]

...I cannot work with a squished view of the tickets and long paragraphs of minor issues! At least give the user the ability to customize more in depth.
