Custom status is not currently available with v0.2.2

We're filing this as a new feature request/enhancement. InshALLAH, we'll work on this in any future release.
Please note, there are some issues regarding custom status. Because the ticket color/highlighting option is currently triggered from CSS files. If we move for custom status, we may need to store the chosen colors in database along with the statuses.
BTW, thank you for the feature request. We'll work on this in any future release inshALLAH.
Where it says Open or Under Review - I have 10 different status
Can you please provide us some of them? It'll help us sorting things on the way and judging things from a user's perspective. :)
