Support agent is not notified about the ticket when is assigned to it
Steps to reproduce
End user sends a ticket
Admin receives the ticket and assigns it to a support agent
Support agent never knows he was assigned to it
Expected behavior
As soon as assigned, a notification should be sent to the agent so he/she is advised about his/her resposibility to resolve this ticket, if no advise is sent like now, he/she will never be aware about a ticket waiting his/her reply
i dont see it working after replacing both files, no notification sent to agent when ticket assigned and updated.
it sends it on every reply, but not when assigned only
