Update dates failure #28

I see on my tickets that not always the last responses updates the "updated date" in the ticket sometimes works, sometimes not. Strange

Yap, very good find. That's a bug. The reason when it works, you actually update the Ticket from Admin end. It should be fixed.

great, the latest update would be useful also to order the tickets
