I am wondering if I can still integrate the plugin to my shop (EDD) (kindtechgroup.net/shop) even if I will install it to another WordPress core (kindtechgroup.net).

What I mean by this is that for example, I have the main WP site installed at kindtechgroup.net and another WP installed at kindtechgroup.net/shop. The only reason I’d like to install the NanoSupport on my main site because I want the URL to be visible at kindtechgroup.net/support-desk (or whatever).

The issue can be twofold to resolve:

With WordPress Multisite architecture (subdomain/subfolder), there could be products in other sites to fetch.
With detached multiple websites using subdomain or subfolder, there could be products in other sites to fetch.

I am using the different site on a subfolder, and not the multisite.

We figured out a way in theory, still not implemented.

Have a question:

When your store is detached from the support ticketing system, how will you verify the product receipt (#63)?
