Ticket ID could be displayed on the ticket for easy tracking #78

I would like to know if there is how to appear in the ticket control panel the ticket opening number when a call is opened, as I believe it is easier to manage the calls to the users if it has this number, it can be something like # 001 and so sequentially.

Summarized as: It would be great to have the ticket ID to be displayed for the users for easy tracking

Thank you for the feature request. If it is implemented it needs to be implemented in the admin panel too for consistency.
