Is it possible to change the wording of the subject line in the e-mails sent by this fantastic plugin? Thank you

Actually putting too much hooks to change everything could be a mess. So requesting to proceed with the gettext filter as mentioned in #9

Thanks for the solution. However, as it stands right now, it is incorrect English. It could be:

-- Your ticket has a reply -- Your ticket has been replied to -- Your ticket #40

Something like that. It might be worth considering changing this.

That's a very welcoming feedback. We will surely fix it on the next release inshALLAH. Setting the milestone for now. Would love to have such feedback on all the texts you encounter with.

Here's another one: "Consult the Knowledgebase for your query. If they are not close to you, then submit a new ticket here."

This could be: "Consult the knowledgebase for topics similar to your query. If you can't find anything, then submit a new ticket here."
