Hey there! Awesome to see someone else building the board!
The revA3 hardware is what we are currently shipping, so if it is built correctly it should be working.
The differential output on the OBI PCB is not connected to Glasgow. It is a scan signal output for microscopes that use analog differential signals for scan control.
There will not be any sawtooth ramps generated unless you have the Glasgow connected to your computer with the OBI software running. Once you have the software running and you start imaging it will have start generating a sawtooth. If you are not actively imaging with the software then it will not be scanning/generating sawtooth ramps.
Did you build the data interconnect PCB that goes between Glasgow and the Open Beam Interface? Can you upload a picture of your hardware setup connected to Glasgow?
Have you checked out our docs page? It is at: https://nanographs.github.io/Open-Beam-Interface/index.html
Hi
Good morning, thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to reply to my questions. The hardware platform has been built and the Glasgow firmware has been successfully written. Currently, it cannot be controlled by programs, because I am not very familiar with the program, so I need your remote assistance to deal with the program problems when you are free. The part numbers of U12 and u11 in the pcb should be modified to 595-THS4151IDGNR, or 296-12303-1-ND. It is incorrect to package according to the previous part number.Thank you very much.
Best regards !

I am very interested in this project, and I have made Glasgow board and Open Beam Interface revA3 board according to Open source files. At present, the differential output terminal of the Open Beam Interface revA3 board is not connected to Glasgow board, and there is no sawtooth wave generation. I would like to ask you.Is the sawtooth wave obtained by program control or the Open Beam Interface revA3 board is faulty?
