Feature/more ipta plotting #35

I've made a bunch of changes to plotting. Most notably: -Setting up a colorby option to allow setting colors & markers by pta or observatory in addition to the febe. -Adding mixed_ecorr option to allow averaging when some TOAs have ecorr and some do not. (Otherwise, it will just skip over the TOAs that don't have ecorr and not plot them.)

@gooddc If you can do a merge of your fork with the changes made in the nanograv:main, then we can retrigger the updated tests and get this all checked out and merged in.

54 (now merged) is just this with a few small modifications added on top. Can we go ahead and close this issue?
