More VEGAS plotting defaults, pta no longer default scheme #75

VEGAS backend colors were missing in a few other places; also made "f" (not "pta") the default color scheme. Expands on #74

I will add that this doesn't "fix" the problem; we still need febe-specific colors for VEGAS. But it's a slight improvement over the DR3 PTA-only monochrome.
