improve install section #49

This is a different way of installing... Why do you think it's better?

Usually I would prefer to copy those command from README to install from pypi, rather than using the github version. Most projects on github follows this approach, like https://github.com/zeromq/pyzmq#building-and-installation .

Okay, I guess it's fine. I don't even remember why I did it this way initially.

Usually projects under early stage development recommend this way.
