Condense_DF_Spectra now has improved algorithm for condensing z scans and also returns focal heights.

Some multipeakfit functions improved, including identification of "double" NPoM spectra - apparently went funny during Python upgrade and wasn't sorting spectra properly.

SPC_to_h5 now more robust
