serial error #21

When using the nplab class "serial_instrument", I get an error saying that the variable "ser.outWaiting" does not exist.

This is a library version thing - it now tries outWaiting and falls back on out_waiting as of cf52976de8a1e6352ea2756e0eee3c710a48ed54.
