Dynamic hdf5 tree #42

I’ve updated the HDF5 viewer so it now uses a dynamic tree model. This should result in big HDF5 files loading much faster. It also paves the way for smarter refreshing of the tree, which could preserve the selected items.

No bugs from me, tested with a variety of renders just in case.

The sizings for the windows are good too
