ERROR at hooking API "NtProtectVirtualMemory" Trojan:Win32/Ditertag.B #223

There appears to be a Trojan installed in this program.

Windows Defender flagged it with: Trojan:Win32/Ditertag.B

And once I got this message when launching it: Error at hooking API "NtProtectVirtualMemory" Dumping first 32 bytes: 4C 8B D1 B8 50 00 00 00 F6 04 25 08 03 FE 7F 01 75 03 0F 05 C3 CD 2E C3 0F 1F 84 00 00 00 00 00 hgusujyh9jqz

Is it actually a Trojan?? Windows Defender stopped it for me... I'm worried I need to address this fast!
