can't mining in win10 64bit #283

my command is 

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth.f2pool.com:8008  -ewal 0x706b715c42ee9dd172b4a27f0ae3ce3a38618c19 -epsw x -eworker jarven -etht 1000

and the result is

Catalyst 15.12 is REQUIRED for best performance and compatibility
